1. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity on your account. Training records are issued in your name based on the information you provide.

2. Course enrollment

When you enroll, you receive a non-transferable, revocable license to access the course and associated materials for personal or work-related training. You may not redistribute our content, record screen content for public use, or use our materials to train individuals outside your enrolled organization.

3. Payment

All fees are charged at the time of purchase.

4. Certificates

Certificates are issued based on your passing the required assessment. Certificates are meaningful only for the individual named on them; we will not issue a certificate to a person who did not personally complete the assessment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) share your account with others, (b) use automated tools to complete assessments, (c) redistribute course content, or (d) use our platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in account termination.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Train321 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
